Alden Chodash vs. Steven Cross

Round 1: I start the round aggressively only to get nailed by a right thrown from Cross out of a clinch. Cross is ever so aggressive and it is paying off as he corners me and punctuates the opening round with a big flurry.

Round 2: Cross comes out aggressively to get nailed by a huge right hand thrown by me that sends Steven back. In this round I am fighting fire with fire and am being successful with the strategy and win the round.

Round 3: Coach Rick Broberg tells me I need the last round and I agree. Early in the round Cross gets a point deducted for a spinning back fist. Cross, who knows he needs to close the show extremely strong, comes forward and gives it all he has. We both exchange with the less fatigued boy (him since I only could train three days leading into the fight because of the hurricane) getting the better of the exchanges. I am confident of a victory when the bell rings.
