Marco Antonio Barrera

J.C. Chavez better watch out for his ranking as greatest Mexican fighter of all time! Marco Antonio Barrera, the same man you wouldn't blame for retiring after his humiliation vs. Pacquiao has taken another elevator to the top of boxing after another amazing comeback. Speaking of amazing comebacks, Marco has launched several. The first one was when he put on a courageous show but losing a pathetic decision to young undefeated Erik Morales. Amazing that was after his two humiliations against aging Junior Jones. The second was beating pound for pound ranked Naseem Hamed after the loss to Morales (though he didn't really "lose"). And the latest, the spectacular win over Morales after his brave but sad beating by Manny Pacquiao. His legendary career may hit a dead end soon based on  his twelve round struggle with Rocky Juarez in a fight where he showed serious fatigue in the later rounds. Though Barrera defeated Juarez in their rematch, he was to dull to gain serious credit off the performance. After a loss to J.M Marquez, Barrera will take another crack at Manny Pacquiao in October.
